PayByPhone has partnered with Q-Park to offer automatic Off-Street parking payments at over 60 premium facilities across the UK.
PayByPhone, a global leader in mobile parking payments, has partnered with Q-Park, known for high quality, secure, clean, and well-managed parking facilities across Western Europe, to provide automatic payments for Off-Street parking to over 60 parking facilities in England and Scotland, including Liverpool, Manchester, London, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

As PayByPhone is present in many of these cities already, this move brings additional benefits and extra convenience in those locations for our users because they can now use our app in these facilities as well as for on-street parking.”
The service in the Q-Park car parks is underpinned by their own in-house PaSS ANPR technology. To access Auto Payments with PayByPhone, motorists must opt in on the app, which will enable them to simply enter and leave the majority of Q-Park car parks without taking a ticket, visiting the payment kiosks or touching their phone to open the app. Motorists must opt into Auto Payments before they start their journey.

EV drivers can also enjoy added convenience at most Q-Park facilities by paying for their EV charging directly through the PayByPhone app. Charging sessions can be managed remotely in real time and all charging history is saved in the app for easy reference.
