Colleagues working a pattern of combined home working and onsite working have options when applying for a Q-Park parking permit.
If you feel like a standard permit does not fit your current working pattern you can apply for a Daily Value Card which is more suited to occasional parking.
This option only gives access to the following car parks:
- Multi storey car park at City Hospital (when open)
- Sheldon Barriers giving access to Brookfield House and Summerfield house car parks
- Hallam Street staff car park at Sandwell
- Rowley main car park.
The cost is £3.40 per parking session, payable at the end of your visit.
A Daily Value Card can be obtained from the Q-Park Lodges at either City or Sandwell sites. The application form can be found below

Please complete the application form and e-mail a copy to sandwellpermits@q-park.com or take it to the Q-Park office for processing at either Sandwell or City Hospitals.
The DVC will have an expiry date of a year from issue. When this is close to renewal please visit the Q-Park office to re-apply for the next year.
You will need to pay the standard rate for DVC’s (£3.40 per visit) either at a pay station or the exit barrier. The DVC must be used for entry and exit to be valid.
